1) Winning $10.5 million in the South Point slot
A New Mexico tourist visiting a South Point casino in the southwest Las Vegas Valley sealed the top prize Monday. The player won a staggering $10.5 million Megabucks jackpot in a single slot after investing just $5 in the machine.

According to the casino operator, the incredible player prize represents the largest Megabucks jackpot won in Nevada this year.
2) Alaska comes home a multimillionaire
A Megabucks winner at South Point wasn't the only tourist lucky enough to win a multi-million dollar jackpot in the past few days. On Sunday, an Alaskan tourist took home more than $2.1 million after hitting the jackpot on the Monopoly Millionaire slot machine at Cosmopolitan.

3) Red Rock players win on the anniversary
Earlier this month, Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa in Las Vegas celebrated its 15th anniversary, and several players celebrated by taking home a significant jackpot.
A jackpot of $600,000 with a bet of just $1.75
Olga Anderson, a gambler from the neighboring state of Nevada in Arizona, won the biggest prize of all. Playing slot machines from April 17-18, she won a jackpot of $600,000 with a bet of just $1.75. Anderson won the prize while playing IGT's Wheel of Fortune slot machine.

The fifth biggest jackpot of the last month, and the last on our list, went to another Station Casino customer at Red Rock. On April 1, Aurelio Aguilar hit the Jumbo Bingo progressive jackpot, winning a total of $207,691.
